Signage above the registration desk should be changed so that guests are not confused. We moved to the shorter line and got checked in almost right away. After waiting a while, a person from the VIP line who had just checked in came over and told us we could go in either line. Regular line was really long with only one staff person assisting. There appeared to be two check in lines - one for regular guests and one for VIP’s. Stayed for the first time at this hotel to attend a Pat Benatar concert.
